I cannot call service/toll-free numbers 800 with Onbeperkt Bellen vanuit NL naar EU en US

Hi! I am not allowed to call to Spanish toll free numbers (800) with my mobile. I have a package Onbeperkt Bellen vanuit NL naar EU en US, and for me it is very important to be able to call to service numbers (800 numbers), thanks!

I checked to see if you have a barring but that is not the case. What do you hear when you try to call? Can you send us 3 examples with the date and number that you try to call? This way our experts can look into your situation.
