I just changed my contract from Go Basic to Go Next. This change was unintentional. I just tried to call the klantenservice, but since it‘s the first of January no one answered. I would like to switch back to the basic contract. Please let me know if you can arrange that.

Don't worry, of course I can change it back for you if it was unintentional! So that's exactly what I did: I changed it right back to the bundle you had, the Go Basic.
