Activation / refunding of prepaid bundles is not solved

The thread on this problem states “[Opgelost] Problemen met PrePaid bundel activeren”. However, I have not received a refund for the charged prepaid credit or iDeal payments. Please don’t label the problem as solved until the problem is properly fixed. Thank you.

Good morning to you! Please post a screenshot of your payment(s) without any personal details here in the community so that a T-Mobile moderator can review it. The underlying problem may have been resolved, but T-Mobile is not aware who and how many customers were affected.
