Inability to top up

Hi t-mobile,

 

Condition: I bought a prepaid sim yesterday, activated it via app, and filled out my personal information (though didn’t get the € 5 promotietegoed).

Problem: I kept failing to top up -- with a foreign credit card (my Dutch bank account is on the way). Every time when I tried, it warned me at last with “Transactie mislukt”.

Asking for help: Could you please help to address the issue? I need to use the number normally asap.
