Top up via 1244 not working

When I dial 1244 to try and top-up, it says that the number is not working. How can I top-up using my purchased top-up code?

If you put your simcard in an other phone, do you still have the issue?
Do you have a Dutch T-Mobile simcard or from an other provider/country?

Is it possible to call an other number or send an SMS to someone?

Mmm... that's quite strange.
Can you try calling to 06 2400 1244, that's the alternative number.
If that doesn't work, you could try to contact the T-Mobile customer service here, or wait until a T-Mobile employee responds to this topic.

This is quite odd indeed! Weird that the system does not recognize your phone number.. :S

I see you called our customer service yesterday and they added your credit. However, I still want to make a case for our technical department, because something's off about all this. Besides you not being able to top up your credit, I can also see in your My T-Mobile that you received bonus value (data and minutes) which are good till August 22nd and the third of October. Hopefully they can clear this up and solve it! :)

You don't have to do anything for this and we'll contact you if we have any conclusion! If you have any further questions in the meantime, don't hesitate to ask!
