I am having some difficulty activating my new account. When i request a password using my t-mobile email address, i don´t receive an email with my password. I have also tried using my personal email address and check my spam filters.
Is anyone able to shed some light on this?

Hi @arennert, you might have been a little bit early We sent you an e-mail on the 9th with which you can activate your account. Did it work through the link in this e-mail? If not then let me know!
