I have a request to exclude activation costs (Activatiekosten) from my first payment. I created an account and filled out a request for the internet on the 24th of March. There were no sign of activation costs on T-Mobile Home web site at that moment.
I didn't get a digital contract until the worker came to my house and switched on the Internet. Once I noticed those 30 euros of Activation Costs, I immediately contacted T-Mobile Home support, but the call center did not solve the issue, they just reset the call.
