Cancel subscription for home internet

Hi, I have had to urgently move back to Australia. I am unable to call the client service number from outside the Netherlands to cancel my home internet subscription. The chat function is not working. Please advise how I can cancel this.

Hi @Gillian W, I hope everything went well with the move? It looks like my colleague Zoë already processed the move for you and the subscription will stop per 18-02. If there is anything else I can do for you do let me know!
