Cancelling the TV and phone subscription

Hello,

I would like to cancel my subscription for “Interactieve TV” and “Vast Bellen”, so that I will have only the internet subscription.

Hi @gul.ros,

I just cancelled your TV and vast Bellen for you per 2-2-2019. An e-mail is underway. You'll also receive a 'retourdoos' in which you can return the TV Box to us. See this video for more details: retourpakket.

If you need to change anything back, let me know! 🙂
