Hello! I have a problem with the contract transfer.We made a contract transfer on February 5 via online. They said that they will notify by e-mail whether the contract transfer will take place or not within 10 working days.  However, I still haven't received an answer.  Can someone help?

I'll help you as much as possible, can you please send me a private message with the following info: zip code and house number, date of birth, the last four digits of your bank account number? Onze I've verified your customer profile, I can fully process the request.
