Dear T-Mobile!

on the 2-d of February 2021 my internet was connected to your co. Since February 11, 2021 I have no internet, tv and phone. 
 

No one can solve the problem.

how I can cancel the contract and move to other provider????

the klant service says that it is too late to cancel the contract (14 days passed), BUT I have used your service only 10 days!!!!

 

I do not need your ticket for unlimited internet for my mobile phone.

Did you apply for fiber or DSL?

What exactly is the problem?

In case of fiber all are 6 lights on on the mediaconverter? In case of DSL is the modem connected to the main isra and what type of ISRA do you have?

it is fiber. 

Instead of red light now is steady green. WiFi of my mobile phone doesn’t recognize router now (after the second visit if Guidion mechanic)

Could you also attach a photo of the lights on your mediaconverter?

And all lights are green on the Zyxel now? Is cabled internet working?
