My last bill is negative but I haven't been reimburse yet.

Unfortunately It can take up to a one or two weeks for banks & the departments involved to process your payment. Rest assured, T-Mobile will settle your payment.

The previous month I paid the fine about a not working tv-box that I didn't sent back because I didn't know how.
So I sent the not working tv-box and the fine is reimbuse on my last bill.
The amount of my last bill is -140 euros.
I didn't see this amount back on my account.

If you have allready sent it back please contact the customer support and explain that please. Also do you have a track & trace as proof that its returned?

The customer service notified me that they received the tv-box.
That why my last bill contains the lines:
Eenmalige kosten : -175euros
Totaal inclusief -24,30 BTW € -140,00
Het totaalbedrag zal rond 23-09-2019 worden afgeschreven van je rekening.

But I don't see that return on my bank account.

I cannot find a specific date on the T-Mobile website by when to return their goods. Did they tell you that the amount will be refunded? If yes it could take some days if not ask them for clarification.

Rest assured, we will reimburse you for the unjust costs. It may take up to one month for the invoice to be paid. Possibly sooner!

I see it's still in transfer. I can reassure you: at the latest it will be reimbursed on your bankaccount om monday the 28th, possibly tuesday the 29th depending on the speed of your bank. I'm sorry for the delay.
