Hoe laat heb ik internet op de modem?

Hoi @JM Juan Manuel Urendez, welcome to the Community! 😁 KPN (network administrator) can activate the line until 7 PM. It’s usually activated between 12 PM and 6 PM, due to scheduling in the main distribution center. So no worries, just reset your modem after 6 and I’m sure everything will be online in a matter of minutes.
