Activation of home internet

Hi 

 

I have completed the installation process as instructed by the email I received. It stated that my line will be active by 01/02/2020 18:00.

 

The modem and everything is connected but the internet light is not on, it seems that my internet has not been activated. I am not sure if this is the case or if there is something wrong with my connection point?

 

Will someone be able to assist me?
