Appointment KPN

I don’t have internet since 5 days, so I called t-mobile. they could figure out that there is no connection between the street and the house anymore, so they contacted KPN. However, KPN never prevented me when they are coming!
Furthermore, I gave them my landlord’s phone number, to which they called yesterday that they were in front of the house and nobody was home, which is correct because I was not at home because I did not know that they were coming. He needs 10 minutes to get there but KPN couldn’t wait. What to do now? Is it possible to make an appointment?
