I'm moving to Nieuw-Vennep zip code 2152 AW and want to keep my T-Mobile subscription, but I noticed there is no fiber in that area, is T-Mobile working to expand the network?

Do you have a fiber connection or DSL now?
T-mobile does not install fiber connections they make use of it when available.
I have done some research for you and in Gemeente Haarlemmermeer there are all ready houses who can use the Fiber connection provided by Fiber Nederland.
I cannot tell when Fiber is available in your area nor can I find anything about when...

I have fiber, but I live in Amstelveen and I'm about to move by the end of the year.
I checked and indeed there are a couple houses Fiber ready around Nieuw-vennep, but not the one I'm moving 
and no one knows exactly if the network is expanding or not.
