Hello T-Mobile Team,

As I am Ziggo user, I have fixed coax connection at my home.

I received DSL model from T-Mobile.

Can you please arrange technician to visit my home to fix DSL?

Thanks.

Hello @lavlesh have you checked in your fusebox or livingroom if there is an ISRA? See this picture :

Or do you have a telephone cable somewhere? Maybe you can connect the modem yourself, post a picture if gou find a cable or something.

Hello @Waqqas

Thanks for your reply.

I found one.

Please let me know your suggestion.

And how can I book an appointment with technician ?

@lavlesh

Yes, this is your main ISRA and you can see the KPN cable going in (blue one).

When a moderator replies he can send a technician to you to install the modem.

Where is the grey cable going above? If you want to try it yourself you can connect the modem to that cable.

Hello @Waqqas

I checked the gray cable connection. It looks like that it stuck in fusebox only. Its not going anywhere in living room.

Not sure, I might need to cut it and fix with new long cable.

Can you please arrange an appointment with technician ?

Thanks.

@lavlesh

I'm not a moderator just a customer, a moderator will reply soon hopefully.

If you want to try once there should be wires in the grey cable use red and blue and connect them to the white connection box which came with the modem, then simply plug the DSL cable in the connection box.

Thanks @Waqqas  for your reply and valuable suggestion.

Gray cable length is not enough as it is stuck inside partition.

I will wait for moderator to reply.

But I appreciate your help and valuable suggestion.

Thanks @Waqqas

@lavlesh

the top cover can also be removed and then you can completely remove the gray cable and mount a direct cable to the modem.

Reputatie 1

Sure @Waqqas

I will try that. Thanks for letting me know.
