I am not able go plan a technician visit for my fiber internet

I received the package for my fiber installation, but I am having problems scheduling it. I called customer service to do it, but the technician never showed up. How can I proceed? I need the internet!

The telephone number of T-Mobile's installation partner Guidion is 088 2000 151. Unfortunately they will be available on Monday again to schedule an appointment.
