Incredible bad service

We just moved and decided to enter into a home internet contract with T-mobile, but it spent more then MONTH to connect us to the internet. And today after a month of waiting service guy just came and connected a few cables with the router while maybe 10 minutes. Internet is necessary for me and I had to spend more than 70 EUR for a temporary decision while waiting for T-mobile internet connection. I'm completely disappointed and my questions are:



Why I had to wait for more than MONTH, I live in a small city and whole connection procedure spent 10 minutes, why you couldn't just give me instruction to do it by myself?



Why I have to pay almost 40 EUR one time and almost 40 EUR every month for so bad and slow service?
