Internet speed problem

I use 100M broadband, but the actual measured network speed is only 20-50M, sometimes the speed of opening the webpage is particularly slow, and I can't feel the speed of 100M broadband.

Hello and welcome to the T-Mobile community,

Did you test the network with a network cable or with wifi? Do you have DSL (internet via phonecable) or fiber?

Hey @zhenghuihua could you perform a speedtest with a network cable connected? Here you can find a lot of tips how to improve your Wifi connection. It's in Dutch though, let me know if you need help with the translation. 😃
