My T-Mobile Home

hello,

This is Mohammad I have T-mobile home. The engineer just installed the modem and TV in my home but the signal is missing and he said that he just create a ticket for it but he didn't know how long it takes and he said maybe Monday. In my T-moible house account the start date is today but I don't have internet and TV right now. I was wondering how long it takes to have signal? and How can I be notified about the signal situation? Thanks in advance.

Hey @mohammadhosseini first of all welcome to T-Mobile Thuis! It's a pity that the engineer couldn't finish his installation due the signal problem. I can inform you that our technical department is doing everything to solve this problem as soon as possible for you. You don't have to worry, we'll contact you right away when we know more.
