Hello everyone,

It seems like my T-Mobile Home router Huawei HG659 is dead - when I press Power button, only LAN lights flashing one time and then nothing. Power, WAN, Internet, WLAN and VoIP are off, and no internet working. I also tried all recommended steps like turn it completely off for reasonable amount of time, unplug power etc. No luck.

What are my next steps for replacement? Should I contact Customer service over the phone tomorrow morning or go to the local T-Mobile store where I signed for contract? Does anyone know how much time it usually takes to get the new one?

Thank you,
Michael

I believe both options will do it, I don't think they'd have a replacement modem at the shop for you right way, but I'm sure they can start the procedure of ordering a new one.

A new modem should come within a couple of days max, there was a delay on shopments, but if I'm not mistaken t-mobile has catched up with the pending orders.
