NAT issue PS4

hi, i need help, since i have internet from tmobile im not able to play games on ps4 due to NAT problem. all the time im disconnecting from games ans voice chat because of the NAT type. on my previous internet provider i had the same issue and once they change for me connection type to NAT2 and IPv3 all was OK. is there any chance to change these by myself? as tmobile customer servise is not able help me with this issue...

Hi @Merkel

I'm here to rescue.

To get a open nat type or moderated.

You'll need to login into the modem.
Then search for "uPnP", and enable this.

Reboot the device, and it's good to go :)

Hi @Merkel, the answer from @fluxsystem is the easy answer and SHOULD work. In case it doesn't for some reason you can also manually forward the ports used by the Playstation. You can find a guide for that at www.portforward.com.
