No Internet, canle error[8180]

Hello,
my router gives me the cable error[8180] and therefore has no connection to the internet. The internet light on the router is also not on.
Checking and changing of the cables resulted in no change. Is there anything else that can be done?

Welcome to the forum.
Looking up your error on this forum, it seems there is a problem with your internet line, meaning the grid operator has to fix this.

Best thing you can do, is call T-Mobile customer support.
You could also wait until a forum admin picks up your message here and puts you through. This takes normally 24-48 hours.

Hi @Charlotte Pnk, thanks for your message on our Community! I've just checked your connection and everything seems to be up and running like it should. Do you experience the same thing now? If so, great! If not, you can try to give your router a Factory Reset. This often helps too! If this too doesn't help, no worries! Just send me another message and I'll look into it for you. 😄
