I currently have Internet 750 service and am considering moving to the Premium Internet service.

However, since last week, I reported a problem with the 750 speed as it is below the service threshold.

I reported it to T-Mobile and they tell it will take more than ten working days to receive an answer.

I don’t find anywhere to enquire if I upgrade to the Premium service and I am still below the threashold of fault, can I downgrade again without penality until the problem is resolved?

Hello @wonko

Once you upgrade to internet premium 1Gbps you wont be able to go back to 750 mbps. The rules regarding klantvoordeel have changed so T-mobile is offering only 50 mb, 100mb and 1000 mb.

It is better to wait because once you upgrade to 1Gbps you can only downgrade to 100 mb.
