no wifi or LAN connection

Dear TMobile team,

My Internet connection date was supposed to be 02-10-2019 (yesterday). I followed the installation instruction and waited until 18:00. I still have no wifi connection, the WAN light on the router is not on.

is there a reason that my connection did not happen yesterday as it was supposed to? I have had no communication to tell me of any delays.

please can anyone help?

I see that you've contacted my colleague and made an appointment with our engineer on the 10th of October. Our engineer will make sure that your installation will go smoothly. You can make use of your current Ziggo connection until the installation date. Welcome Thuis!😄

When you check My T-mobile thuis on the website, is it active?

Hi,
when I login and on the overview section it gives my swap over date and when I go to the WiFi section it says my modem is not yet active.

2nd of October is the date your T-mobile thuis will be activated its not the installation data yet, a few weeks earlier you should have received a mail with your installation date and on that date everything will be working.

It could also have been a letter you received.
