Hallo @Harish ,

T-Mobile has received several reports that a number of their customers are experiencing problems with Internet, TV and landline calling in the region of The Hague / Voorburg and in Culemborg. The exact cause is not yet known, the investigation is still in progress. In this topic they will keep you informed: Is er een algemeen verbindingsprobleem?

Hi @Harish, welcome to the Community!

The issues in The Hague, Voorburg and Culemborg have been solved, sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused! A 20 second power cycle (also known as a reboot) of the modem and Media Converter (Fiber-only) should bring the connection back to its normal stability. Please check if this helps; should it still remain offline, let me know and I'll fix it for you!

Regarding the power cycle: can you please unplug the modem and the TV Box from the power socket? After that you unplug the Ethernet-cable from the TV Box. 20 seconds later re-plug the power cord from your modem into the power socket. Once every light is flickering on again like they’re supposed to, you may plug in the TV Box’s power cord. When the message ‘No internet-cable found’ appears (or in Dutch ‘geen internetkabel gevonden’), you may re-plug the internet-cable in your TV Box. If all goes well, everything should work like it should!

Have an awesome day!
