wired internet not working.
Wired internet no longer working. Wifi works fine. ""Ethernet" doesn't have a valid IP configuration" message during windows troubleshoot. Restart of modem, computer, different ports or wires does not help.

Hi @ajvorobiev , we'll get that fixed right away! Have you tried performing a factory reset of the modem? You can do this by pressing and holding the small 'FR' or ''reset' button for a number of second with a toothpick or paperclip. This should reset the modems IP settings.
