My tv box doesn't work

Hallo, mijn tv box werkt niet.

I installed it all properly - internet cable, HDMI, power

I have selected the correct output on my TV (HDMI 1)

I have turned off the tv, the modem, unplugged the TV box multiple times

Nothing works.

I installed it yesterday, activated it with my customer number and code, it worked for 5 minutes - i could watch tv and choose channels etc. - but then it just cut out. Now, you can’t even turn the box off unless you unplug it - the blue light just stays on and the box is completely unresponsive.

Anyone know what I should do?

Hi @kathyannesaunders, don't worry! I am here to help you fix this issue. It's really strange that the TV Box just stopped working. I am very curious what happens when you turn on the TV Box. The light burns blue, but you just see a black screen? Does the TV Box respond when you press the MENU button on the remote? I want to advice you first to perform these steps below:

1. Plug out the powersupply and the UTP from the TV Box.
2. Pull the router from the powersupply for a few seconds.
3. When the router is back online, connect the powersupply to the TV Box.
4. When the TV Box tells you ''Ethernet not detected, Please connect ethernet cable'', you can connect the UTP cable.
