No signal on TV

Hello
My TV stuck and I unplugged the power cable from the box.
Then I followed the troubleshoot:

especially the step 4 but I cannot get any signal on my tv.
I am pressing all the sources (EXT 1, EXT 2, AV, HDMI) on the remote control of the box and also in the remote control of the TV and nothing comes up.
All the cables are connected properly because I have another IPTV box which plays fine when I connect it to that TV set.

I have tried everything and I am really frustrated now as this goes on for a couple of weeks.

PS: I have sent a message to your customer service for 2 days and no response. Similarly, I was on hold for 30 minutes when calling your customer service.

Hello AndreasVrs,

What type of tv-box is not working? The other tv-box (which is working) is also a T-mobile tv-box ? (same type?) You test it on the same HDMI connector with the same cable?
If you powerflip the tv-box (connected to the proper source), do you see the Entone or Animo startup screen?
Please wait on a T-mobile moderator (can take up to 48 hours) or contact the service desk on quiet hours.
