TV problem: Checking connecton to ATS
TV doesn't work since long time ago. It always shows this message. Already turned on/off, nothing happens. Remote control also doesn't work. What do I need to do?

power off stb and modem wait 1minuut and power on the modem and disconnect the network cables. turn on the stb and wait for the no network detected. now plugin the stb ethernet in port 4 of the modem. that shild do the trick.
