Activation date passed but package not received

Hello,
My activation date should have been yesterday but I haven't received the package yet.
I looked on My T-Mobile and it says I received it already, but i didn't!
What should I do?

Was the package sent by Post NL? Did you get a Track and Trace code?

Ooh sorry I thought it was about the connection, well you can explain it to Postnl or maybe its been delivered to your neighbours if you were not at home.

Is it regarding a T-mobile home subscription?

I cannot do much but are you sure the address entered is the same as where you're home is?

If that's not the case maybe you could check your wiring?
