Very recently I applied for a new internet connection with T-mobile. However I need a change in address before the connection or installation starts. How can I do that? Is a telelphone call possible to understand more details

Hi @Udhaya , apologies for the late reply! It looks like we received 2 applications, one on the 21st and one on the 24th. Is the one from the 24th correct or does a change need to happen for that one still? If so, could you send me a private message with you date of birth, the last four digits of the bank account number and what it is that needs to be changed? Then I'll be happy to help!
