Hello,
We order an internet subscription a week ago and we got an error on the order, it seems that there is still a subscription at our address. Is there a solution to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Hi @hugogrellier, apologies for the late reply! I suspect that there is still a contract running from the previous resident. In most cases we can just go forward with your application if you can send us a poof of the move like a signed contract or registration from the city. If you haven't talked to a colleague in the meantime yet then send me a private message with the full address, your date of birth and the last four digits of your bankaccount and I'll set everything in motion for you!
