I have returned the equipment but T-mobile tries to charge me

Good day,

I have called twice already. It was said to me first time that equipment arrived at 3d party warehouse as I understood. Second time I called because there was an attempt to charge my bank account. The guy told me that he will issue a credit note. A few days ago, it was again an attempt to charge my account that I refuse every time. Can you please make sure there will be no more attempts anymore?
