My client number is:  LVK91279

But I want to ask you something 

Tomorrow 11/15/2019 you'll send my order to my house 

If you can postpone this appointment from tomorrow to Monday 11/18/2019 between 9 and 12 in the morning 

Because I transferred new to this address: [removed by moderator]

Because tomorrow if the delivery man comes he doesn't found me at home. 

 

If you can do this favor to me I will be very happy. 

I will wait for your response.

Hi, if you are talking about the delivery of a mobile phone, the best you can do is contact the delivery company. However, I assume they can’t postpone delivery. If you aren’t at home at the time of delivery you can contact them to make a new appointment.

Don’t just reject the delivery because then the order will be cancelled.

Thanks so much for answering my questions but I talking about Internet for the house because today the delivery man is coming to give me the order.
