Dear Colleagues,
I am contacting you already for the 3rd time by all communication channels! This is an extremely unprofessional approach to make your customers wait for modem for more than 2 weeks every time saying it is on it's way! Installation package has been still not delivered! First installation date has passed on 13th of May….i was told its on its way, so i was waiting. 2nd installation date has passed on 20th of May.. i was told that nobody knows why it still hasn't come, but it has been sent again so should come this Monday (today) or Tuesday... and I still haven't received even an e-mail with tracking code from a post office!
Especially in current situation when the majority of us are required (not willing but really required) to work from home, we do not have such a luxury to wait for a modem to come in weeks/months?! Just trying to imagine how would I suppose to explain that to my employer.
It is already inappropriate by all means. Please update me on current status and set a clear timelines when I can expect the installation package to be delivered! Contact post office if necessary, but please find the reason why it still has not been delivered. First impression is horrible, honestly. Do you have a pick up point where I can get the modem by myself? I could have it already. I cannot understand why it takes so long. Please take the respective actions and update me on topic.
