Hi, I ordered a T-Mobile Thuis package for my new apartment a couple of days ago. The webpage confirmed a successful order and said I will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes. However, up until now I haven't received any confirmation or updates. Was my order well received or did it go missing? Thanks
