Missing the device

Hello, I have been trying to get T-mobile house internet for almost ages, and they are sending it to the wrong address. In the office, an employee told me to search the device within the neighbors but still was not able to find it. In addition to the office, no one has answers, and they are just telling me to contact the client service. Moreover, they are sending me the bill for the internet which I still have not received.

Hi Ana, I checked the delivery for you and we delivered the package on the 16th, however somebody returned it to us. It has been sent to the right address but apparently somebody keeps returning it. I can try sending the package again to an alternative address if you want. You can send me a private message with the alternative address we can use to make sure the package does get delivered this time!
