No internet connection at home

God Afternoon,
II started using my new T mobile this yesterday. It was working well till today morning I unplugged the power cable. I immediately plugged it again but no connection came after that. 2.4G and 5G lights are on but internet light is off. It was working well and how it went disconnected at once due to unplug/plug the power cable?

Hi @Traveller Yazm, there appears to be something wrong with the incoming line and we've contacted the grid operator to solve this is as quickly as possible, my apologies for the inconvenience!
