no signal after installation

i am waiting t-mobile since 3 days your technical man he came to my apartment to installation and he informed me there is a problem (FTU Defect) and he told me they will call you from t-mobile customer service and till know no one call me to make new appointment, i call the customer service and also they informed me to wait for the call so till when i can wait why you service very slow ? If you can’t solve this problem just inform me .
