No WAN light

I have received my wifi internet box and my connection date has passed. When I plug the internet box into the wall (see image) there is no internet connection. The WAN light does not turn on.

Check the "Meter kast" it might be the isra is not connected to the wall socket. most of the time there is a blue cable coming in to the building.

Hello,
I have the same problem. I have plugged-in the DSL cable but the WAN light does not light up.
What should I do? I can see the blue cable coming into my apartment, but I don't know where the 'meter cabinet' is. The activation date of my internet was 24th May.
