PostNL sent back my modem to t-mobile

I was on vacations and I couldn’t receive my T‑Mobile modem, so PostNL sent it back to the sender (T-Mobile), what can I do?

Hi @bgoncal 

If your parcel cannot be delivered at your home it will be delivered to a pick up point.

Postnl only returns to the sender when information is wrong or something else regarding your parcel.
