What should i do now?? (orderstatus)

Hello,
I had asked for a wifi package about 2-3 days ago but i get this message all the time that there is something wrong with the payment system and T.mobile will have a look at the problem and let me know. but till now i haven't heard anything from them and i don't now what should i do next. any help will be appreciated.

Hello and welcome to the T-Mobile forum,

Today is a national holiday, so the customer service is not as responsive as usual, plus it's almost weekend.
The best thing is to call with customer services via 0800 - 0092.
