No home Internet connection

Internet and TV simply stopped around 11am. After contact with customer service, we tried to reboot and reset modem and media converter (all green lights there). It was promised to me that I would receive a SMS doe a technician appointment which has not happened yet. Any help? How long until it can get fixed? I need internet for work and hope can get fix quickly?

Are all the 6 lights on the mediaconverter orange/green? Could you attach a picture of the lights on the mediaconverter?

It seems there is finally info regarding a network issue ongoing in Utrecht so I can only hope it is fixed soon
