Problem With Pulse secure work VPN

Hi,

Since 1 week (Since 8th April, 2021) I am having problem connecting to my work VPN. When I checked with support group in my work place, they suggested that they received this complain only from T-mobile users and the problem looks like T-Mobile network related. Although I am not very knowledgeable regarding this topic, I am curious how can it be. Is it a possibility that there is some change in T-Mobile network that can impact VPN connection and tunneling? Another colleague of me who uses T-mobile mobile connection to connect to the same VPN using Mac has the same problem. And he also lives in Den Haag area. 

Problem seems that VPN connectivity is very slow and often fails stating timeout waiting for user input. But apparently all user input has taken place. 

I am hoping that support has some clue about it can help us through this problem.
