It's incredible, I've subscribed to your services almost 3 months ago, and since then, I still haven't played a clean connection, and you guys are playing the blame game since you guys are telling me that I have to wait for the Optical Cable provider fix the issue, they have already scheduled 3 visits to my place, I've already lost 3 days of work waiting for these guys that never appears, (Today was the 3rd day that I've lost, this is costing me a lot of money). So then I'll call T-mobile again and you'll tell me the problem is with the Optical Cable, then you'll transfer me to the Optical Cable company, that will schedule a visit, and again they will make me lose my 4th day of work waiting for them, as they will not appear again, sometimes they call me and give me an excuse and often is that they had a busy day, but seriously, every time?
