I got a new home internet subscription but I haven't moved to the address yet but the router is being delivered already. I need to change the delivery address. The person in the TMobile service center told me I would be able to change the address with the DHL link but I cant.
Can anybody help me? or tell where to call to change the address?

Hello
It is not possible to change the address for home delivery but what you can do is let the parcel be delivered to a pick up point so you can collect it from there.
You can arrange this via the tracking link which you received from DHL.
