Hello,

I have received my package today and my installtion is schedueled for next thursday 10th sep. Due to Covid 19, working from home is strongly required so appreciate the support  to check the possibility to schduele the installation in a sooner slot ? 

I have tried contacting customer service, but since i dont speak dutch it's hard to navigate the IVR system.
