Hello
That depends on if you have ordered DSL or fiber and if you currently have another provider or not.
For a new DSL connection it will take around 2 weeks.
For a new fiber connection it may take longer than 2 weeks because you'll have to make an appointment with a mechanic to install the fiber.
If you currently have DSL or fiber from another provider then there will be a one month cancellation period.

Hallo! Eind deze maand verhuis ik naar een appartement. Ik heb direct internet nodig als ik daar ga wonen. De huidige huurder maakt gebruik van Tmobile Fiber. Duurt het sowieso langer dan 2 weken?

Bij glasvezel kan het wel wat langer duren dan 2 weken omdat er ook een monteur moet worden ingepland voor de installatie.
Ken je de huidige huurder een beetje? Je zou zijn contract kunnen overnemen.
